DentistCommand is an internal project in development. It is not for sale and is not available to other practices.
In development

The dentist is in command. Everything in one place.

Calls, schedule, patient forms, marketing, payments and the day's priorities, in one place the dentist controls. DentistCommand is being built so the dentist can run the whole practice without chasing separate tools and vendors, working on top of Dentrix.

Why we built it

A front desk can run on nine tabs and a sticky note.

The information exists. It is scattered across the practice management system, the phone, a confirmation app, the ads dashboard, the fax machine and someone's memory. Every missed call and unscheduled crown is money that was already in the building.

What we're building

Every daily job in the office, one login.

These are the modules in development. Each one starts with the few workflows the team does every day. Advanced options stay out of the way until you need them.

Morning Huddle

Ten minutes at 7:50 that set up the whole day.

The huddle builds itself from the schedule, balances, treatment plans and insurance. Everyone walks out knowing who matters today and what to say.

  • Opportunities first. Unscheduled treatment and family members due for recall, matched to today's patients.
  • Risks flagged. Unverified insurance, medical alerts, past-due balances, likely no-shows.
  • Owners assigned. Every item becomes a task with a name next to it.

MailMap · Direct mail

Pick the streets, not just the zip code.

Plan postcard campaigns by USPS carrier route with household counts, income and age filters, then see which routes actually booked patients.

  • Draw, radius or auto-select. MailMap Score ranks routes near the office.
  • Cost before you commit. Households, print and postage estimated per route.
  • True ROAS. Tracking numbers and new-patient sources close the loop.

Patient Forms

Forms go in. Nobody retypes them.

Send a secure link before the visit. Patients complete medical history, HIPAA acknowledgment and consents on their phone, in English or Spanish, and sign. The finished packet is archived to the patient's chart.

  • No downloads, uploads or duplicate entry on the normal path.
  • Staff see exceptions only, like a new allergy that needs a doctor's acknowledgment.
  • Versioned and signed, with a full history of what changed.

Ask DentistCommand

An AI that shows its work and waits for your OK.

A preview with sample data. Every answer cites where the numbers came from. Anything that touches a patient, the schedule or money is a draft until a person approves it.

Evidence on every answerSource, time observed and confidence, next to the recommendation.
Drafts, never surprisesThe AI can't text patients, book appointments, move money or write to Dentrix by itself.
Audit trailWho approved what, and when, is recorded automatically.

Security & privacy

Patient data stays where it belongs.

DentistCommand is being designed with patient privacy and HIPAA requirements in mind. It is not available for use with patient data yet.

Dentrix stays the record

Clinical data lives in the practice management system. Every write goes through one approved, logged gateway.

Nothing sensitive in the browser

Phone, ads and payment credentials live on the server. Patient data reaches a screen only for an authorized user.

Office-level isolation

Each practice and location is separated on the server, with role-based access for doctors, managers and front desk.

No card numbers stored

Payments use a certified processor for card capture and tokenization. Card numbers never touch DentistCommand.

Every action logged

Approvals, messages, payments and chart updates leave an audit record you can review.

Call recordings under control

Call Quality scores conversations for coaching with retention rules you set.

Status

An internal project, still being built.

DentistCommand is built and used inside one dental office. It is not for sale, it has no price, and it is not available to other practices. This page only describes what is being built.

Questions

About this project.

What is DentistCommand?

An internal software project for a dental office. It brings the daily work of the front desk into one place: calls, schedule, forms, marketing and the team's priorities, with an assistant that prepares drafts for a person to approve.

Is it available?

No. DentistCommand is in development and is tested inside one dental office. It is not for sale and is not available to other practices.

Does it replace Dentrix?

No. Dentrix is the system of record for clinical data and the schedule. DentistCommand is designed to work alongside it, reading from it and writing back only through approved, logged actions.

Does the AI act on its own?

No. It prepares drafts and recommendations with the evidence behind them. A team member approves anything that reaches a patient, the schedule, a payment or the chart.

Which languages does it use?

Patient-facing forms and messages are planned in English and Spanish. The staff dashboard is in English.
